GREENWING FISHING DERBY SATURDAY APRIL 30th
The kids who went to the fishing derby had a great day. The folks at GE did too. The weather was not the
greatest but we can't do much about that. Big Brothers & Big Sisters of Peterborough would like to thank all
the volunteers from the GE ELFUN Group for sharing their time with us. A special THANK YOU goes to Mark Collins &
Tristan Janusc for their hard work organizing the event. We look forward to many more fishing derbies with your group.
TORONTO ROCK LACROSSE SUNDAY APRIL 10TH, 2005
We all had fun at the Lacrosse game at the ACC in Toronto. The Rock won
the game after a huge comeback, which made the game even more exciting.

RACE NIGHT AT PETERBOROUGH SPEEDWAY
Saturday July 9th, 2005 is Big Brothers/Big Sisters Night at Peterborough Speedway,
Sherbrooke St. W. (just west of Hwy 7). Bigs and Littles get in free when they show their
membership cards and Littles will get to go for a ride in a race car with the driver.
The racing starts at 7:00 pm and goes until 10:30 pm. Gates open at 5:00 pm Get ready,
get set and go have a fun evening. This will also be a fundraiser for the agency as the
speedway has donated a season's pass to be given away. Each person who donates a minimum of
$10.00 to Big Brothers & Big Sisters of Peterborough will be entered into a draw to win the pass.

Come join us for lunch at our Annual Recruitment BBQ at King Edward Park, across from our offices at George & Princess St.
